Hello,

I have a problem statement that requires time synchronization between a Master (Microcontroller) and 
Slave(Microprocessor). The slave runs on QNX and time needs to be synchronized between the two.

The Master would sent PTP frames over Ethernet and I need to use PTPd to use these packets and synchronize the time on 
Slave side.

Below are the questions that I have:
1. Does PTPd parse the message from the Ethernet packet ?
2. Does it work stand-alone and synchronize the time periodically?
