I have a project with BeagleBoard-xm OMAP (DM3730) with 256MB without NAND FLASH works ok, but we migrated for a Gumstix
 Icestorm also using OMAP3 (DM3730) but with 512M Memory RAM and 1G NAND FLASH.

The problem that the image QNX does not start and looks like this:

## Starting application at 0x80200000 ...

NOTE: To recognize the 512 MB of RAM had to use the U-boot 2015.07, but even with the former does not.

Should I change my hardware / startup related to memory?

They may be the same CPU, but there are many differences between the boards. Even the startup code may need to change. 
You likely have a lot of work to do to get this board up and running.

I recommend starting from where? In case of difference in memory RAM where I focus / study?
