Looking for Oracle when building MySQL???

I have been working my way through the MySQL client build.  Now the build stops with an error that I must set 
ORACLE_HOME to the location of my Oracle installation.

Why is it looking for an Oracle installation?  Anyone know what switch to set to avoid this?

This may be my error - looks like I was build the wrong package?  Not sure but when I ran it again I received a 
different error.

I'm a codfish.
