Apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong forum.  I'm new here :)

I'm trying to install QNX 6.5.1 on a lenovo W500 - well, actually three of them.  On one, I had no real issue but on the
 other two, when I get to the point where I've told it what partition and filesytem type to install to, it reports the 
following error:

Mounting filesystems...
Unable to access /dev/hd0t179.

Partition installation aborted!
Please remove the installation media, then reboot your machine.  
**********************************

Any suggestions on getting past this point?
