Hi:

With the EtherCAT Master running on the QNX target, I need 250us or even much lower timer cycle.

As you know, 8254 chip could not supply such performance so I want to use APIC Timer.

Here I have  two questions:

1.How to start the APIC timer and how to make sure that it is running ?

2.Does QNX support HPET now ? If HPET is supported,How to make use of it?
