Just installed newbie questions

Hi All, just got started however screen writes updates, scrolling lists and moving Windows are so slow to be ubearable. 
I have an Nvidia FX5200.

Secondly I have a snd card [csa under FreeBSD, Santa Cruz in Win] whihc doesnt get initialised.

Obviously I would like to resolve these two issues first off.

After that - where is the email client I seem to remember for QNX and also, how to play an audio streem such as somafm.

Object IDs begin with an object prefix and end with a number. For example, if you enter
artf2345
the application will jump directly to an artifact with the ID artf2345. Some valid object prefixes are:
artf	for an artifact
doc	for a document
page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
wiki	for a wiki page
