Hi all, 

I am running neutrino 6.3.2, and trying to download file from a pc using qtalk over a serial link. I keep getting this 
error "qtalk: (dev_mode) Inappropriate I/O control operation". Does anyone know what this means? What is the appropriate
 syntax for qalk?
