Sir,
   I am using QNX momentics on Windows OS. I am developing an application
on QNX using C. Please tell me how to give delay in milliseconds using
timers.

See nanospin() but be aware that it is a busy spin and normally only be used for a few milliseconds (for instance when 
dealing with hardware that requires short time delays between accesses. )
