I am trying to install QNX Momentics 6.3 Service Pack 2 with an upgrade to 4.0.1, on a new PC (Running XP Mode in 
Windows 7), and I can't activate the license (both Online or Manaually). I don't have the Old PC to Uninstall that 
License.  Is there any way to de-activate it Manually, and the re-activative it for the new PC?
