I know the OS image isn't planned to be modified, but I need to create a configuration file on fixed path. How do I 
create new folder under /proc, as mkdir doesn't seem to work here?

I feel like using Momentics suite to bake a new image is a bit of overkill, as I installed QNX from boot CD on virtual 
machine.
