                No, I couldn't identify any solution to my question.
I came across a very old post that mentioned about a very special version of qtalk but I have no luck on locating it.
One of the possibles is to modify the qtalk source to add what you need. But I did not go down that path.
I end up wrote a c program to automate my tests.
