Best way to install 3rd Party binary packages on 6.4.1

So I have installed the QNX 6.4.1 OS on my system. Since there is no QNX installer (qnxinstall) anymore shipped with 6.4
, I am wondering what is the best way to install 3rd Party software on 6.4?

It seems there are quite a few 3rd party software for 6.4:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/QNX/i386/6.4.1_head_20090724/
