To get the mount_dos utility, please, update your system from the latest 
QNX4 Install CD:

1. QNX 4 Product Suite 2009

or
2. QNX 4 Product Suite CD 2010 EXPERIMENTAL 
http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.qnx4/wiki/SoftwareUpdates2010

The mount_dos was added to the CD as a part of one of patches.


In another way you are able to launch the Fatfsys manually instead of use 
the mount.
