I found gcc-2.95 in the core tools and will follow up with the core tools team:

So, since I got confused and thought that one can build the software in pkgsrc, you might want to delete all the core 
tools entries like gcc and gdb there and just leave a readme that points to the foundry project: http://community.qnx.
com/sf/projects/toolchain
