Forum Topic - Why is tcpip automatically started in 6.3.0?: (3 Items)

Why is tcpip automatically started in 6.3.0?
Hi,

Why does IONET_CMD in /etc/system/enum/include/net automatically load TCPIP protocol in 6.3.0/6.3.2? Is it required for
any subsequent system components to start?

Nope. The booting process hangs in device enumeration if I remove -ptcpip. :)
