How are the Shared Libraries Paths, <Uploading Paths> calculated in the run configuration? 

Sometimes I see paths that are not even referenced in the project and they are not part of the default paths for libs, 
sometimes I specify paths in Makefile LIBS variable (LIBS += -L<path>) and they are not part of the uploaded paths, 
sometimes I don't even see the <Uploading Paths>.

Can you, please, specify the rules?
