write program mask signal SIGUSR1
do you have any ideas to write this program please help

Look in the docs for the sigaction calls. You can define actions for signals which includes masking them AFAIR. When you
 browse the docs, take a look at the 'See also' section at the end of each page, it often contains valueable hints.
