I have installed the QNX SDP6.4 self-hosted, but I can find the IDE. 
 
It is said that the SDP need to be activated in the installation guide. but when I open Launch->Cofigure->Activate 
License, it showed Product license is already activated. And the Activate Manually botton is not available.

There is only Phab in the Launch->development, What the problem please? How can I find the IDE?

You have to switch host...

Is there have any IDE for QNX 6.4 please?

Nothing that compares to Eclipse. There is workspace but I wouldn't call it an IDE.
