i have install 6.5 on Debian.

How can login? What File calling to login?

What you've installed is a development system where you can write your code; you'll need another machine or VMware where
 you can run QNX Neutrino and your programs. Here's a link to a short tutorial that I hope will help you:

Hello,

i search not the IDE for Programming. 

I search the start File for Desktop. "win.com" "startx" etc. What is the name of File QNX?? 

When a System booting, it calling a start-File, what the Name is it???????

I find a Name "phlogin" and login. But the Linux bash say no File found to start. 

Who can i login ? Than give User root and no Password.

On the Prompt:

# and then the Command to login?????

You have installed the QNX Momentics SDP, primarily the IDE based development tools.
Are you trying to start the IDE?

Still not clear on what exactly you are trying to do?
You have installed the development tools, both command tools and IDE tools.
What are you now attempting to do?

If you are trying to get to the development tools in the IDE, click on the icon button marked Workbench on the lower 
right-hand side of your screen as captured in your second image.

I see at many Screenshots a login-Window. There can i give User root and no Password. and this Screen i search for this

root is the default username, leave the password blank as it is not set.  Once you login, you can set your own password 
(and create new users)
