Hi All,
I am really interested in QNX development and starting to collecting installation software and documents, but I didn't 
find a right link in website to apply a non-commercial license. My aim is self-training and personal activities.
I found a link to apply a 30-day evaluation license but it is for commercial projects only. 
How can I apply a perpetual non-commercial license for QNX? or there is impossible to get this kind of license which is 
listed in official license guide. if you want to start to learn QNX, you have to buy a commercial license? 
I am a little confused about QNX license. Thank you very much in advance.
