I hadn't even realised that VNC had been ported over, but I did find this
entry from openQNX which may be helpful

Hi Robert,

Did you install vncserver successfully ?

Must have the link to /usr/bin/perl.

I can not download the package  Perl5.8.6_qcc2.95.3_nto6.3_x86
