Momentics not sycronizing

Hello, I'm running momentics on a linux machine with QNX neutrino and whenever I make an edit on the QNX machine it 
doesn't show up through momentics, but if I make an edit on momentics it will show up on the QNX machine.  Why won't 
momentics refresh properly when I make edits on the QNX machine?
