License key issue?

When I install qnzsdp_6.5.0. the application show " This license does 
not allow you to install this software " and then install finish.
 
I use VMware to active a visual disk to run QNX 6.5.0 . Can you help 
me to versify this  status. Thank you.
 
My environment
Windows XP SP3
VMware R Workstation ACE Edition
Qnxsdp-6.5.0-201007091524-dvd.iso and
Qnxsdp-6.5.0-x86-201007091524-nto.iso
