Debug as QNX C/C++ Application throws java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi,

I am getting the above error when I try to debug my application.  Guys, please help me. I am in a urgent need.

What version of SDP are you using? Which IDE version?

i am using the 6.5 version. i get this error when i actually try to debug my application after the config.

there is no log file in the .metadata directory.

Should be .log

Where is your binary? Is it actually in the project or it is link or something like that?

Try to create launch configuration yourself (instead of Debug As...) - and make sure there is no errors displayed.

yeah, my binary is linked. i did the launch configuration myself. there was no error. after the configuration when i try
 to run i am getting this error.

Probably does not work on linked resources. Can you link the folder where the binary is instead?

- What kind of application is your project? Can you "export" your
project and attach to this thread?

- When did you get the NPE? Did it happen when you first open your debug
launch config, or when you actually launch your program?

- Can you attach your workspace log file? You can find the log file
under your <workspace_dir>/.metadata/.log

But it is working in older version of momentics. I don't know why it is not working in newer version.

Exception says it cannot validate path for the binary. Does you launch configuration has project set?

I think my problem is due to qnx650 tool chain. 

Because I got the same error with Momentics 6.4.1 + QNX650 tool chain

Can somebody look into this.
