1) Please make sure inetd is running.

2) If you make inetd.conf changes while inetd is running, you need to
send it a sighup to make it process the changes: slay -shup inetd

Hi,

  I created a vitrual machine of Qnx Neutrino 6.4 with VMWare
workstation, just because I can't start with QNX DVD for some reason of
my dell optiplex 755. But , I Can't connect to the Qnx 6.4 virtula image
by phindows.
  
  I looked the QNX Momentics IDE Help, and follow the chapter of Qnx
Momentics Phindows Connectivity to set up the qnx 6.4.
  I had configed /etc/inetd.conf and added the line 
     'phrelay stream tcp nowait root /usr/bin/phrelay phrelay -x',
  and edited the  /etc/services, added the line 
     'phrelay 4868/tcp'
  But the phindows work not too.And the error message is 
     'Unable to connect to remote host 192.168.56.128.The attempt to
connect was rejected'
   How can I do something to repaire this question.
