Shadow files in .altboot?
I have 6.3.2 installed on my x86 host & target (host and target are the
same machine). For .boot, I want to use the QNX-supplied version,
qnxdmabase.bld. The supplied /etc/config/ttys file starts 4 sessions on
con1-4.
I am using the System Builder in the IDE to design my own .altboot. I want
to provide my own /etc/config/ttys, but I don't want to alter the provided
one that gets used in the normal boot.
In other words, I want to preserve the as-installed ttys file, but I want
a different one to "seem" to be there after an altboot.
Can I do this as an inline file in System Builder, or add my custom ttys
to /proc/boot or something?
I only have a tenuous understanding of the image file system concept.
