Hello Jessica,
Do you have a core dump of the process that crashes? This dump should be in /var/dumps and in the very least it shows
the name of the process that crashed.
Another possible source of useful information is the sloginfo utility.

Just a guess into the blue:
Try rebuilding Your bootimage with specifying -mL option for procnto.
