Using pre-headers in QNX Momentics IDE

Hi,
Is there a way to use pre-compiled headers during the compilation process using QNX Momentics IDE within a Blackberry OS
 Makefile project ?

How can I pre-compile a header for different platforms(x86 and arm) and use it during the compilation process ?

the application will jump directly to an artifact with the ID artf2345. Some valid object prefixes are:
artf	for an artifact
doc	for a document
page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
