Interesting ( or maybe not ), I made a post in the filesystem forum about a potential project for access QNX4 file 
system under Windows.  It`s been 2 days, no comments yet.

Think about this for a moment now. If a QNX filesystem would be read only how could you create it in the first place?

When accessing from Linux it`s read only only because Linux doesn`t support writing to the filesystem. That has nothing 
to do with the filesystem itself, it`s a Linux limitation.
