I am using QNX4.24, I need to know whether ethernet and usb support is available. If so how to configure?

Kindly anyone help in this regard.

What Ethernet adapter do you have? You have to run a specific Ethernet
driver against the hardware. First of all you have to run 'Net',
followed by a network driver (eg. Net.ether1000), but I need to know
what network adapter you have, so that I can tell you what driver to
run. If it is a PCI adapter, then you can post the output from 'show_pci
-v'.

As far as I know, there is no USB support under 4.24, this came with
4.25, but there is a patch on our web site which may work with 4.24.

I have to check the adapter type. we are using MIC3358 A processor with inel 845E chipset. 

kindly tell the website for usb driver support for QNX4.24 so that I can make use of it.

www.qnx.com. You will have to go to the downloads section and QNX RTOS
4.x.

I had check the download section of QNX 4.x in that USB driver for QNX4.25 only available not for QNX4.24.

Yes, I said that there was USB available under 4.25, but it should work
under 4.24. Give it a try.

Today only I got installed QNX4.24 in my system. I check the show_pci() as u said.
It show the network device as ethernet.

kindly tell how to configure?

regarding USB, i not yet checked.

I had forget to include in the previous post that I had run the Net.ether1000 command but it display the following error

Net.ether1000 INITIALIZATION ERROR 10     Net.ether1000 INITIALIZATION ERROR 04

Kindly tell me that any configuration have to done before running this command..
