Forum Topic - Fsys.atapi for Intel 82801(IB) SATA controller?: Page 1 of 8 (8 Items)

Fsys.atapi for Intel 82801(IB) SATA controller?
Hi,

Is there a newer version of Fsys.atapi available?

I was trying out a new PC model recently (HP DC7800 SFF) and our current Fsys.atapi only recognised the SATA
controller as a "Generic IDE" device which of course resulted in pretty bad performance. The chipset in this particular
PC is an Intel 82801(IB) SATA IDE controller (PCI device ID 0x2920). The most recent supported chipset for the Aug 2007
Fsys.atapi seems to be 82801HB (device ID 0x2820).
