What files do I need to add to my target package to support ssh / sshd functionality? Is there any documentation the 
covers this and the sshd configuration?

Hi Mark,

SSH functionality isn't present in the QNX 4.25. Fortunately, you can find 
unofficial build here:

http://community.qnx.com/sf/go/post46161

As it's OpenSSH build, so documentation is available there:

http://openssh.org/manual.html
