Hi,
Yes it is possible to install QNX4 without cdrom but for this purpose
you have to boot from an alternative device with QNX4 e.g. usb flash,
floppy and after that, prepare partition by fdisk and dinit utilities,
manually copy required files, write loader by fdisk utility.
I think the easiest way is to install QNX4 with required components from
the Product Suite CD to a USB flash device on another system with a
CD-ROM. Then boot a target system form this USB flash and perform
described above steps.
Don't forget to prepare a new boot image (.boot, .altboot) for your
target system and modify /etc/config/sysinit.$NODE.

Another way is to connect target's data storage device (e.g HDD, CF
card) to a PC with installed QNX and manually prepare partition and copy
QNX files.
