Clock drift

Hi,

  We are currently evaluating a new computer model for use in our shipping QNX4 systems and have serious problems with 
clock drift: the system clock is slowing by almost 1 second per minute! The BIOS clock is running OK, it is just the QNX
 time which is slowing down.

The computer has a Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU @ 3.0GHz, and I don't believe we have ever used Core 2 Duo processors in our 
systems before. Could this be a QNX compatibility issue with newer processors? Have you seen any such problems on other 
systems?
