Hi Alexander,

Currently there are no official Vmware tools for QNX from VMware.  We have done up our own drivers for graphics, the 
rest just happened to work as I recall.  As for the mouse, currently the driver does not have the knowledge of the 
Vmware mouse, it just gets its information from the emulated PS2 mouse that Vmware provides, so the automatic release of
 the mouse (no hotkey) is not available.  I have been looking into getting a driver for QNX6, if I happen to get it done
 for QNX6 I would back port it to QNX4, however there hasn't been a huge demand for it, so it hasn't been high on my 
list of things to do.  Knowing that there are people out there that are interested in this allows me to know that there 
is demand, so I will keep it in mind and put it on my white board.

I know this is available for QNX6 but I'm not sure about QNX4. I have
attached the source of the utility I wrote for QNX6 which does what you
want, plus clipboard sharing and time sync. Maybe you can get it running
under QNX4. Get rid of the clipboard sharing and time sync if you don't
need them.

You can also try looking on openqnx.com. Rick Duff did some work on a
similar utility, and he or possibly someone else may have ported to
QNX4.
