The installation key is the unique key generated for you when you
downloaded the sdp. I can't remember offhand how to fetch your installation
key, but if you were to get the serial number for your download (which can
be found under "my account" when you log in to the foundry), and email a
request for a new installation key, along with the serial number, to the
sales department, they should be able to accomodate you.
