With recent advances in support for things like USB device and wireless internet in QNX 6.4, it would seem to be an
ideal system to use with one of these new sub-sub-notebooks that seem to be appearing everywhere. I'd be interested in
creating a (non-commercial, naturally) "netbook" environment around QNX, but first I'd like to know what kind of
application support it has especially in the realm of productivity software.
I know that AbiWord used to run on QNX, so if the newest versions still build and run, that would take care of word
processing, but that still leaves spreadsheets, presentations, PIM and databases completely unserved. Is there anything
that could work in any of these roles?
