KONTRON COMe-mCT10 GPIO address map  

We would like to access the GPIO pins on a KONTRON COMe-mCT10 (mini ComExpress) board with a Intel® Atom™ processor. 
The board is not using QNX BSP but a BIOS by American Megatrends. We are running QNX 6.5.0 SP1 on top of that.
I can't find any documentation that describes a memory map for this board and especially the GPIO pins.

Any information would help.
