How to control dcd, dtr, rts signals of RS232 serial port?

Hi,
I am working on SHT1x sensor connecting to PC. The serial port to I2C interface board is ready. But the board uses DB9 1
, 4, 7 pins to simulate I2C SCK and SDA signals. Can anyone tell me how to control dcd, dtr and rts signals of rs232 
serial port on QNX 6.5.0?
