QNX Build is suddenly slow n Win 7

Hi,

I am using QNX 6.5 on a Win 7 PC. Using my own makefiles to build. The build was quite fast after setting the 
LOGONSERVER to my own PC name (set LOGONSERVER=\\ES-SGH207SRSK). Now its very slow. I see make.exe taking 5 - 25% of CPU
.

Somebody please help me on this regard.

I see McAfee mcshield.exe is ruuning and taking arround 25 % CPU when QNX build is happenning (when make.exe is running)

Antivirus is very bad when it comes to build, because build touches and 
creates tons on files
and it slow down process for sure. I suggest to disable all anti-virus 
of set exclusion rule
on the folder that build is touching
