I need help to synchronise the threads with Pulse per second sinal from GPS. I have the necessary hardware to monitor 
the pulse, but how do I update the clock ticks with PPS every second and use for thread sleep.
I also need help in writing IEEE 1588 PTP Client driver. How do i use ntpd inside my code and update the rtc.
