These are the software guidelines that QNX Software follows. These 
guidelines were published when the source to the Core OS was publicly 
accessible. They are not meant to be guidelines you need to follow in 
developing your application that runs on QNX. QNX is neither 
discouraging, nor encouraging your use of GPL.

You should discuss this matter with your legal department to make sure 
you are comfortable with the conditions of the GPL.
