snd_pcm_plugin_params - SND_PCM_PARAMS_NO_CHANNEL

Hello,

I'm debugging my audio driver with wave utility (wave.c example on QNX site).
Function snd_pcm_plugin_params returns SND_PCM_PARAMS_NO_CHANNEL (error #10). I can't find any information about this 
error.

Could you please explain me, in which cases this error occurs?
