SV&V (Andover) has not been able to successfully send/receive MMS on Colt via the setcom system.  Efforts to debug the 
problem are being hampered by the fact that something on the device spams the server a couple times a minute with 
requests for go.microsoft.com.  This completely obfuscates any useful logging we might get from the ae_driver.log and 
makes it very difficult to figure out where the communication failure is between device and server.  At least one other 
SV&V team has experienced the same issue using setcom.  Does anyone know how to make this stop?  Thanks.
