View/contact users & error
When I first tried to come to the "Community" section after registering my account, I received an error message that
suggested I contact the Admin of Foundry27 (If I felt that I received this message in error - which kind of seems a bit
of a silly thing to say about an error message..(?))

In any case... the exact message was:

"A Foundry27 system error has occurred. Invalid credentials.
If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact
the Foundry27 administrator and reference this tracking number:
exid40A801DC011644EF3181469E"

When I look through the FAQ and some posts, it looks like at least one of the admins is Frederic Plante - so I tried
clicking on his name in places where it is a link - thinking I'll get some user info, and possibly even a link/form to
send a message to him with... After all, the link is:

http://community.qnx.com/sf/global/do/viewUser/fplante@qnx.com

However... when I click on it, all it ever does is redirect me to "My QNX Account Homepage" at:

https://www.qnx.com/account/changeprofile.html

At first I thought it might be because of that error, since it seemed that after that error, any "community" page I went
to always had the "Login" link at the top - but when I clicked on it, it always just took me back to my profile page
and then said "Logged in as..." (without me having to enter my login info, except of course the very first time)

So... I closed all my browser windows and tried again, and now it doesn't say "Login" on the community pages (It says "
Logged in as...") but clicking on a user link still only takes me to my change profile page.

I'm assuming this is not the intended behaviour...

Cheers
RE: View/contact users & error
Hi Andrew,

The default behaviour of the software we use as our backend is to display
the profile of the user whose link you click over. We changed this to show
your profile instead because Foundry27 members' profiles include personal
information that should not be made visible to other users. We plan to
improve this user experience at some point.

  Thanks for the feedback
