I'm having the same problem.

QNX 6.5.0 refuses to install using the 6.3.2 hobbyist key I received when I registered for a non-commercial license.

The license upgrade page accessible from my account page says "You have no products eligible for upgrade.". Registering 
for a new 6.5 non-commercial license isn't possible because "Our records indicate that you are already enrolled in the 
Non-Commercial Program.".

Is there anything I've missed? Any directions on how to get my hobbyist key upgraded for SDP 6.5.0?
