Hi,

Does anyone knows how to use qtalk within a shell script, or knows how to feed messages into qtalk not using keyboard? I
 want to use a shell script to establish a connection through qtalk and iterate a number of messages before quiting the 
qtalk.

No, I couldn't identify any solution to my question.

I came across a very old post that mentioned about a very special version of qtalk but I have no luck on locating it.

One of the possibles is to modify the qtalk source to add what you need. But I did not go down that path.

I end up wrote a c program to automate my tests.
