_CS_LIBPATH and CS_LIBPATH, which is the official one?

getconf _CS_LIBPATH and CS_LIBPATH, both work and tell the same thing. Or is there any "superfine" difference?

The Neutrino User's Guide says this:

  The names of configuration strings start with _CS_ and are in
uppercase, although getconf and setconf let you
  use any case, omit the leading underscore, or the entire prefix -
provided that the rest of the name is
  unambiguous. 

It might be nice if the docs for getconf and setconf said it too...

Object IDs begin with an object prefix and end with a number. For example, if you enter
artf2345
the application will jump directly to an artifact with the ID artf2345. Some valid object prefixes are:
artf	for an artifact
doc	for a document
page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
wiki	for a wiki page
