Reg - Porting linux device drivers to QNX

Hi,

I have a network driver in linux which have structure net_dev,netif_rx_schedule(),dev_queue_xmit().

How can i port this function to QNX?

Please letme know is there any equal functionality in QNX?
please do immediate reply.
