SIEM for monitoring Security Events on QNX   
I would like to centrally monitor the Security Events, vulnerabilities and System Relaibility events on some 1600 QNX 
devices. Is there any tool available for this purpose (for security audit, performance monitoring, patch management)?

Well I'm assuming you would like to inquirer about QNX6.5, so check  for such a forum.  But the answer to your original 
question would still be no.
